CHAPTER VI: HAZARDOUS WASTE DIRECTORY
Introduction
This chapter fulfills requirements for written waste programs under the following regulations: 40 CFR Part 260, 261, 262; WAC 173-303; METRO Resolution 11034; WAC 246-249; and King County Department of Health 10.28.070: Biohazard Waste. This chapter provides procedures for the safe disposal of hazardous materials in order to protect employees, the community, and the environment.
