The Center provides eligible employees with Short- and Long-term disability insurance coverage effective on the first day of eligibility.
Short-term Disability
- STD Weekly Benefit:
60% of the first $5,833 of your Predisability Earnings, reduced by Deductible Income.
- Maximum benefit:
$3,500 before reduction by Deductible Income
- Minimum benefit:
$15

Long-term Disability
- LTD Monthly Benefit:
60% of the first $25,000 of your Predisability Earnings, reduced by Deductible Income.
- Maximum benefit:
$15,000 before reduction by Deductible Income
- Minimum benefit:
$100 or 10% of LTD Benefit before reduction by Deductible Income, whichever is less.
