We offer a 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan to help you plan a financially secure future.
Employer Contributions*
For eligible employees, employer contributions begin after one year of service and the completion of 1,000 hours of service. Contribution rates are as follows:
Contributions will begin with the next month after the month you complete one year of service.
Employee Contributions
You may begin salary reduction (before-tax) contributions immediately following your hire date. To begin making contributions, you need to first enroll online with your chosen investment manager and then complete a Salary Reduction Agreement Form. If you submit the forms by the 10th of the month, salary reduction contributions begin that month.
The amount of salary reduction contributions you can make is subject to a calendar-year limit set by the IRS. For 2007, you can contribute up to $15,500 if you are under age 50 and $20,500 if you are age 50 or older.
*2008 limits have not increased, they will stay the same at $15,500 if you are under 50 and $20,500 if you are 50 or older.
