What is the Challenge?

All of us have several things we can do to improve our health. The purpose of the Challenge is to have some fun making those changes and to provide some accountability and encouragement within your team. As you review the scoring sheet you'll see that you don't have to be an athlete to join the Challenge. What counts is consistency across a broad spectrum of research-supported healthy habits.
