 Did you fill out an SCCA application form when you interviewed?  If not, we will need one on file.  Please print the SCCA application form, complete, and sign if it was not already submitted.

Reminders:

• If possible, please bring these documents in at least three business days prior to your start date to ensure prompt processing
• Remember to review the Form I-9 List of Acceptable Documents and bring proper documentation with you when you turn in your paperwork.

Human Resources is located in the Yale Building, which is marked as building 'J' on this campus map.  If you are driving to our campus, please park in the visitor lot located directly in front of the Yale building, on the corner of Yale and Aloha.

HR is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, and is on the first floor across from the elevators.  A Services Representative will be available to receive your paperwork and review our benefits information with you, as well as answer any questions you may have.
